Prof. Dr. Hanns-Ferdinand Müller is an internationally accredited Executive Coach & Mentor (IESE / EMCC) and certified Systemic Team Coach (STC) trained by Prof. Peter Hawkins (AoEC/Coaching.com). With over 35 years of management experience in various industries, he has a broad range of experience and influence as a CEO, group executive board member, advisory board member, entrepreneur, and consultant.

His professional career spans banking (WestLB, CREDION AG), industry as CEO and member of the executive board of RWE AG, and strategic realignment and restructuring as managing director at Kienbaum. Other areas of focus included M&A transactions at goetzpartners and international litigation financing as CEO of FORIS AG. As an entrepreneur and investor, he is the founder of the music platform takt1, with which he has provided entrepreneurial and cultural innovation impulses.

He brings to his clients a deep strategic understanding, many years of decision-making experience, and systemic coaching expertise. He creates space for clarity, orientation, and collective action—especially where complex transformation, leadership ambivalence, and cultural change converge. As an executive coach, sparring partner, or team coach, he supports C-level executives in acting effectively, reflectively, and connectively in challenging contexts.
